Refund is strictly not allowed.

We allow one time of either size or design exchange depending on stock availability.

To request exchange, please send us an email on info@fortheboldandrefined.com within 24 hours from order receiving date.

Items must be handed in their original condition inside packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges take up to 5 working days.
